"Would not let me check in 10 mins before 4pm. Only restaurant people seemed to like was a hour and a half wait. Zero cocktail service at slots and my room smelled a bit."

"I was happy with my stay however I left my phone and charger in the room and I live out of state and they said they could not send it to me even if I paid for postage. Disappointed with that . The room was very clean but the pool could have cleaner."

"The pool and hot tub were down/not available for use the 3 nights I stayed. The sidewalks around the pool and the outdoor area were really full of bird crap. They could make an effort to use a hose to clean the sidewalks. The free breakfast was not available the last day because one employee did not show up, They put out packaged poor quality rolls and muffins, some fruit and juice. No where near as good as the pancakes or sausage and egg sandwich. After reading this I think I rated them to high!"
