"This unit is exactly as pictured. It was steps from the beach, very clean and had a wonderful view of the ocean. The only problem that we had was that the entire complex was under construction. They had recently re-keyed the building, and the code sent to us for check-in did not work. Luckily, some residents let us in the building, and we were able to find our key fob on the countertop within the unit. There was construction noise during the work week, which made it less an ideal, but overall the experience was wonderful."

"Wow, location, location, location!! This spacious, open concept 3 bedroom, 2 FULL baths is located a hop skip and not even a jump from the quietest part of Daytona Beach. It's like having your own private beach at times. If the beach isn't your thing, there is a lovely pool (unheated) to enjoy, with separate eating area. The large master bedroom has an ensuite with a great walk-in shower with plenty of water pressure and comfy bed. The kitchen has new appliances if you choose to cook, grocery store just down the road, but once again location, location, there are a lot restaurants in the area to choose from. House has smart TV and WiFi but no smoke detector, so we brought our own. There is a washer and dryer, which is great for longer stays. Also there are many things to do in the immediate area, from visiting the Light house, and marina to just walking around and seeing the sites. You are a mere 5-8 miles from the main downtown Daytona hub and there is a bus stop close by if you don't have a car. The house was clean, but not spick and span due to the trouble caused by the previous guests. But the host was very apologetic and did send over a cleaning person. There were a few other minor hiccups, but nothing that couldn't be over looked. The host was vey helpful and replied in a very fast manor. All in all, I would HIGHLY recommend this listing for a long or short get away for families, friends or just like my husband and myself trying to escape the cold of the winter."

"I had a wonderful stay in this ocean-view condo. The space was bright, clean, and well-equipped. The view of the ocean from the balcony was stunning with morning coffee and evening wine. Great location, short walk to restaurants and shops. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth. I highly recommend this rental."
