“I did not even want to give it a star but I had to. First impression, my check-in took over a half hour. I understand you need documentation to check into a motel room, but I felt like I was buying a new car. It was not only that but the manager/owner of the motel was so rude. He is in the hospitality industry, and he should be more accommodating to his guests. That’s his livelihood! The property wasn’t bad for a cheap motel but you basically get what you pay for.
