“I went down over memorial Day weekend. The location is very good if you want to go into town or go to the beach you're kind of in between. Easy to get to. The issue is with the towels and the room. We're only given two towels, and they were thin as paper and as scratchy as glass on sandpaper. The air conditioner was very loud and to make the room comfortable it had to be set very low. The TV remote control was just basically a pain in the ass. And the TV was poor quality .”

“THE GOOD: The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good...what you would typically expect from a "free" breakfast, and it is delivered to your door. We had a balcony, "ocean view" room, and our friends were in a "regular" room. The breakfast menus for the "free" food were different. We had a few extra and better choices. The pool and pool area were very clean and very nice with newer chairs and loungers. The grounds were neat and well maintained. We thought we selected……

“The valet was great! We were slightly disappointed that the onsite coffee shop was only open for limited hours. Additionally, when we walked down for assistance at concierge, we did not have the best experience with the front desk staff. Be prepared, if you want to find seats at any of the pools, you will need to get in line early. Overall, the view was exceptional and it was convenient to shopping.”

“the hotel is in an excellent location, one block from the beach. It.s a new building. plenty of parking. the bedroom and bathroom were clean. the ac was working fine. the price was very affordable for the location.”

“Very nice place to stay with good location. Very clean and well maintained. Only suggestion for improvement would be to have hot water at the bathroom sink. For some reason it only came in Luke warm although the shower was always hot.”

“Bed was horrible. Need another bathroom on the main floor and keep it clean. Need a bathroom exhaust fan in the bathroom of the hotel room. Need a bowl brush for toilet. Front staff was courteous. 15$ a day to self park??? Was not in the information when I booked. This was outrageous.”

“So easy to find from the freeway and easy parking. Checked in after midnight and was happy to find out that the check out time the next day was noon! Thank you and I’ll be back if I am ever in the area again.”

“The staff was very friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was very disappointing. I had to change rooms three times due to cleanliness and maintenance issues. The first room was dirty, with an unclean bathroom and floors. The second room had a TV that didn't work, and the third room was missing a remote control. To make matters worse, I found a hair in my breakfast. While the staff did their best to help, the property needs major improvements.”
