“Great location, amenities very good. Given a handicap room, bathroom a challenge. No counter or vanity making it hard to store toiletries. Shower curtain hung to high making it hard to keep bath floor dry.”

“This property does not offer any parking at all. There are available parking spots all the way around this hotel. But you cannot park in them between midnight and 6:00 a.m. or you will be towed forcing you to use their valet service which is an unexpected cost daily. You are unable to access your vehicle when it is parked in their valet garage which became a huge issue when I could not get to my asthma inhaler that I had left in my car. This medical emergency landed me on the floor of the lobby……

“Shower door wouldn’t stay shut and would open by itself.. track not level. 2 restaurants but no menus in rooms.. they should have that. Had an issue with valet where our car was parked outside on the exit ramp for 2 days, they didn’t know where it was at. Blaimed on new staff, but manager took off charges. No one came by to clean our room or ask us if we needed anything for 2 days. Had to get items from front desk. Staff generally nice, great breakfast, and beautiful property… just need to……

“Pros: Good breakfast; clean rooms with what you'd expect in room: fridge, microwave, hairdryer. Pool was clean. Staff were friendly. Shuttle to St. Augustine for $5 per room! Cons: The bed and pillows weren't comfortable. The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. It was hard to get a comfortable temperature in the room. We were also on the second floor and had to walk up two flights of stairs to get to our room.”
