“The rooms were disgusting and not clean. Stains on the th beadspreads and headboards, chunks of call missing, garbage left in trash can. People yelling in other rooms. We literally went into the room and walked out with all of our stuff and booked another hootel on the spot.”

“Sorry this is not a bed and breakfast this is part of a hotel chain, they charge you an extra fee for booking with a 3rd party when you show up, you have to go to the main hotel to get in your place. They make the bed during the stay but don’t take out the trash. The place is cluttered and dated. The only good thing was the hot tub. Will not be staying with this place or the hotel. I wanted a true bed and breakfast which this was absolutely not. ”

“Air conditioning extremely noisy No Fan in Bathroom No Exit for Steam from Shower Causing the power to the hairdryer to short out and burning out the motor Had to go get the hair dryer replacement at the desk and the staff was in the room when the dryer burnt out causing a LOUD POP Staff was present due to No Instructions for television- staff said everyone was different in the hotel. Staff said that she probably had another hairdryer in the office and we could come and get it later. She……
