“Clean, comfortable warm room. Welcoming staff”

“Staff were really helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Loved the thermal spring water swimming pool which was included in the cost of my stay. ”

“Our princess themed room was spacious and clean. We had no breakfast so cannot comment on this. Staff were very helpful explaining how the boiler and heating worked. ”

“Accomodation was larger than it looks in the photos, which was a nice surprise. The beds were comfortable, however I would take earplugs as I struggled to sleep due to the cars going past outside. I had to go and buy some from the town centre. At night the cars whizz past really fast. The listing states that there is free parking but this isn’t true- you have to pay for it. I have asked Hotels.com to amend this as it’s false advertising. The reason we booked this hotel was for the free……
