“One of the best VRBO units I have rented. Home is essentially brand new and was perfect for our small group of friends (we were in town overnight for a concert at Georgia Theatre). Great, quiet neighborhood. Convenient location, 1-2 miles from most everything you would want to do in Athens. Easy communication with property owner. Would rent this house again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!”

“We loved the clean, comfortable, and convenient 4-bedroom house, a great option to hotel rooms. Staying at this site allowed us to be 5-10 minutes from our conference in downtown Athens, while also providing a shared space for team building and planning. It was fantastic!”

“Me and my family stayed here for a 2 day getaway and we absolutely loved it! So nice, peaceful and private! We also loved the pool! Although the owners house is connected, Kelly and Todd give you all the privacy you need! Would definitely love to come back!”

Duplicate Charge on May 12, 2025 Reservation – Ass

"Dear [BW] Team, I stayed at your hotel on May 12, 2025, with a reservation made through HOTELS.COM. At the time of booking, I used one credit card, but a different card was used at check-in. As a result, I have been charged twice for the same stay. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue. My credit card company has already billed me for both charges. Thank you for your prompt attention."
