“The worst fitness room in the world. I have spent 100 nights in hotels this year I've stayed at this hotel 20 times in a year. Won't be back. No a/c TV's don't work. The Machines doesn't work. It is bizarre--as if somehow the hotel doesn't have a key to the place. What a shame, the staff are otherwise delightful. This is a problem with ownership and management.”

“We stayed here in July for my daughter’s new student orientation at OU. The location was great, the hotel was beautiful, and our room was very spacious and clean. The weather was very hot during our stay, but the air conditioning maintained cool temps in our room at all times. We will stay here again in the future when visiting OU.”

“Not enough towels for a family on the family suite. We went to check in at 4:00 and our room wasn't ready. We left and came back about 5:00 and it was ready. Only one person at front desk so we had to wait several times. Breakfast had a great variety and was tasty,even though the dining room was very full. Overall a good experience. I was hoping the hot tub was working but was under repair.”

“We had to leave because they're were bed bugs. We were told a refund from Expedia would be issued but still havent gotten the refund”

“Selected this hotel because it listed a restaurant, bar and pool. All were closed. I had stayed here 10 years back.”

“The room was filthy and had broken flooring and door trim. There is no hot tub as advertised, and the pool was unusable. I could go on and on but it just makes me more mad. I'm filing an official complaint. Don't waste your money here and if you do, say hi to the creepy guy who wanders the hallways. He'll go the other way.”
