The service was incredible, all staff was lovely. The views from the cabins were absolutely STUNNING! We were blessed enough to have clear views of mount Fuji! The attention to detail from the backpacks to the small feeebies were lovely. The food delicious!! The WAGU STEAK was cooked to perfection and we also did the pizza makonv experience and it was probably the best pizza we have ever had! We will definately be back "
