“On Jan 29th I reserved and payed for a unit that was listed on VRBO but, as I tried to find out check-in procedures on APR 7th from the owner the day before, I was told that the unit was not really available. I even received emails from VRBO a week before that said I was all set! TOTALLY RUINED MY TRIP TO DALLAS! I WILL NEVER USE VRBO AGAIN AND WILL ADVISE EVERYONE I KNOW TO NOT USE THIS CRAP SERVICE!!!”

"The hotel is generally quite good. The main advantage is its great location, which is very convenient. The check-in waiting time was a bit long. I had booked a room and breakfast online, and it took a long time for the entrance staff to verify my reservation before guiding me to my seat at breakfast, which was quite embarrassing. The Black security guard at the hotel entrance was very kind and helpful, assisting me in finding an Uber that had gone to the wrong location."
