“I think they need better quality control. We got into our room late at night and everything looked nice until my son pulled back the sheets. There were small blood stains like some one picked a scab or something and got blood on the sheets. Disgusting. Had to go downstairs and have staff give us new bedding since it was late we could not find a different hotel. When you find something like this it makes you doubt the cleanliness of the whole place.”

“I'm writing this cause our trip was a bit of a headache we drove from 6hrs away so when we got there the first room they put us was dirty we went to the desk they moved us to another room that one was still dirty not as bad as the first one well then the next day they tried to tell us we didn't pay even tho we did we paid from.august 14-17 well then our second night there the pool stopped working we paid 300 for this trip the hot tub didnt work”

“Arrived and hotel did not look anything like photos. Had a group of people laying on the ground with kids on one side and down the side walk was a man and woman laying down drinking beer. One of the men from the group was an employee who got up and helped (he was friendly) I walked to the room and the white comforter had multiple brown stains all over it, the sheets were obviously not clean as they were hanging out and wrinkled, the side table drawer was pulled out, the clock did not work and……

“The hotel appeared grossly understaffed. We tried to check into our room in the evening, and it was not ready. The hotel room was filthy. The carpet in the hallways were filthy. My wife put on a brand new pair of socks, and collected dirt on the bottoms while walking in her socks within our room. The TV did not work due to the modem missing its power cord. Sad to give this review, since this hotel is within a smaller community, but was just shocking.”
