It’s nice walking into a home w hand soap, dish soap, shampoo n conditioner, laundry detergent .. was so helpful! We used every space and it was a fantastic fit!! “very conveniently located 0.7 miles from the Convention center - an easy walk on sidewalk and main roads. Some of the neighborhood further down the road was "sketchy" as my kids would say but we did not feel unsafe at any time. Backyard was nicely done with lots of outdoor seating, a fire pit and grill. Outside we could hear traffic and a few trains but not inside the house.”

“We stayed here for an extended weekend for the UNC graduation. Perfect location, close enough to Chapel Hill but far enough away to avoid the crowds. Grocery stores & restaurants close by along with state parks. The listing is very accurate. The fenced back yard is secure & large. Lots of space inside & out! We saw deer every day. The host was very responsive to our few questions, check in & out was easy. The host was very generous in stocking the house: toilet paper, paper towels, more than……

“My 2-year-old grandson loved this place. Tons of outdoor spaces to run around in, climbing structures, and swings. Inside the entire upstairs was mostly geared towards young people and family time. The crib was a huge benefit...and the home being kid-friendly was a primary reason for choosing the house. With 2.5 bathrooms and five separate sleeping areas, there was space for all to be away from each other if desired. We were in town for a wedding and wanted a short drive time between the……

“The hosts were very easy to work with, and the house was in great condition. Very nicely decorated, modern, had all the necessities. The neighborhood--the street and nearby commercial district--are definitely in transition and not ideal for walking. We felt uncomfortable taking our dogs out, even as people who have lived in NYC/Chicago during the 80s :-). While it might feel different to people who are from the area or live on the street, it's a hard place to land for visitors.”
