“Outstanding lodge in a nature reserve with great facilities and friendly helpful staff. The chalet accommodation was spotless, comfortable and very well equipped, and the location in the nature reserve was great. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Only stayed one night, but wish we had stayed at least one more. Having said that, it was not cheap, but good value for what was on offer.”

“Awesome location, Free beach chairs and Wifi were very convenient. The only problem is the HOT water in the shower sometimes gets very weak because of other room are using the hot water.”

“The location was amazing! It is up on the top floor with no elevator (so be sure you can do the stairs), but had a large balcony overlooking the ocean! We liked that it was in a less busy area and we could travel into downtown Cairns, beaches, Rainforests, Kuranda, etc. in our rental car easily! They had everything we needed to prepare foods, or wash clothes. Only issue was that there were tiny ants. They do ask you throw garbage away daily, but even that wasn’t quick enough. “We had a fantastic stay at Peppers Beach Club in Port Douglas and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, the staff made a wonderful impression. Check-in was smooth, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. What really stood out, though, was their incredible help at check-out. We ran into an issue with our Uber transfer to the airport, and the staff on duty went above and beyond—calling multiple local transfer companies on our behalf until they secured us a ride in time to make our flight.……

“Centrally located, walking distance from the shops, cafes and the marina. Spacious room with a sunny balcony with a cafe downstrairs. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. I had a nice and relaxing stay. I loved staying at an adults only hotel knowing I can sit in peace by the pool and relax while reading a book. I’ll definitely consider staying here next time I visit Port Douglas.”
