“It was a convenient location, staff was available late, as we got in about midnight, and very helpful. We had a problem getting into our room as the electronic door lock didn't work,and we had to be let in by master key, so leaving the room without one of us staying in the room was not an option. We were moved the next morning to another room. Happy that it was addressed ASAP. Room was clean and comfortable.”

“The bathroom was not very clean. Mold and mildew in the shower. HORRIBLE smell coming from underneath the kitchen area sink. TWIN size blankets on a queen sized bed - impossible to stay covered when 2 persons in the queen bed. Iron was FILTHY and left a smear on my white linen pants. We hate the 3rd day rule on trash pickup and linens. Maid service should come in ONCE per day to replenish with clean wash cloths and empty the trash. We should not have to walk to the front lobby registration area……
