“My family really enjoyed this hotel. It was very close to everything. It was very clean and the service was wonderful. The breakfast was very good and had lots of options. ”

“Excellent location! Staff helpful. Would have appreciated the room being swept/vacuumed and dusted daily as there is a lot of sand coming in especially after a day at the beach. We spent 5 nights; sheets should have been changed after 3. Door to the room needs to be redone, needed a towel in front of the door to help with noise and light.”

“I booked king bed room.Instead I got 2 queen beds.went to front desk they were fully booked and could not give me the room I booked.I am not sure if it was Expedia fault or hotels.”

“The room was very clean. Housekeeping did a great job, polite and accommodating. Kreston was absolutely amazing to our family as we had a large group in town for a wedding. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and smooth. Breakfast is average. I did miss having an in room coffee maker and a closet but I understand that's the Tru concept.”

“Everything was clean and the staff was warm and welcoming. We did have a very squeaky bathroom door in 419 . Also I didn’t care for the chime in elevator at each floor. Good coffee and nice breakfast selection. ”

“The hotel was nice and clean with a good location but I checked out on March 16,3026 and it's now April 4th and they will not release my deposit. I have called multiple times and they will not resolve the issues. Do NOT stay at this property unless you want to be scammed out of $100!”
