“Room was clean, but outdated, had no door to bathroom. Really needs remodeling. Staff super nice and accommodating. ”

“its in an area of a shopping maill resturants,and bar,breakfast not so good, @ 9.30 am coffee pot was empty,no hot water,no plates, breakfast station was dirty, the staff there was not polite, room is clean and spacious, it could do good with a microwave”

“Breakfast was nice. Parking was ample and well lit. I felt very safe traveling with my kids. Staff was friendly at check in but you could tell they were understaffed.”

“Overall a good stay. The breakfast had good options and was well maintained, with fresh food coming out every so often. Facility was clean, but is evident that it is a property that has been there for some time. Rooms had visible patchwork on the walls and ceiling that were painted over. However the stay was pleasant and the location suited my needs. Would certainly stay again.”

“Everything was clean and the staff was warm and welcoming. We did have a very squeaky bathroom door in 419 . Also I didn’t care for the chime in elevator at each floor. Good coffee and nice breakfast selection. ”

“We had no idea just how wonderful this area and hotel could be! The beauty of the waterway, the wonder of the dolphins and the peaceful quality of the hotel, we loved every minute we were there. The walkways around the water, the dolphins swimming - it was all wonderful. The Shem Creek staff were all friendly and helpful and made our stay great. I found Shem Creek from reading novels about the area and am so happy we decided to visit!”

“The hotel was nice and clean with a good location but I checked out on March 16,3026 and it's now April 4th and they will not release my deposit. I have called multiple times and they will not resolve the issues. Do NOT stay at this property unless you want to be scammed out of $100!”
