“We decided to go to the Bull inn as it was situated well for us as we wanted to go to Sutton Hoo and then the next morning go to Framlingham Castle. On arrival at the Bull inn we were meet by friendly staff booked in and given our key to our room which we were very pleased with may i say. As it was Sunday it seemed rude not to have the Bull Sunday roast which we both enjoyed and felt we had to say how good the veg was which were then told that it came from their own allotment , We both had a……

“On arrival at 2:45 for 3pm check in we were told by the girl it was £15 for an early check in, at £1 a minute we said no thank you we will sit in the car. We said there was coffee pods in the room but no Coffee machine, she said oh I don’t know, so that was the end of that. Next morning with another guest we were trying to get into the pub area, only to find both doors were locked. The same girl as yesterday eventually opened up and said you should use other door, when we said we did she said……

“The ground floor room was fine, with easy access to the parking area. The shower room was very clean and modern; the bedding was immaculate on a comfortable bed; it was a shame the carpet hadn't been vacuumed. We would have liked a small fridge and a second opening window as the weather was exceedingly hot, but we appreciated the air conditioning. “Kesgrave Hall is,a beautiful place.Unfortunately there was a few things that would of made us enjoy our stay more.The garden was lovely but it was a beautiful day and the only place we could sit to drink our delicious Apparrel Sprits and Dark and Stormy drinks were in the Smoking area it would of been nice to have somewhere more casual to sit and enjoy the ambience. Our room was lovely but unfortunately the extracter fan in bathroom would not turn off very quickly and sounded like a……

“Delusions of grandeur. A very small room with barely enough room to open a suitcase, slightly shabby decor. So many cushions on the bed that when you removed them they took up most of the available floor space! Bathroom ok but nowhere to put toiletries. Dinner ok, but nothing special. It was all “ok” but disappointing compared to the hype on the website.”
