“I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The suite I was given was in terrible condition. The bathtub was yellowed with paint peeling off, and the carpet smelled so musty that the odor throughout the room was unbearable. When I reported the issues to the front desk, I was told the hotel was fully booked and there were no other rooms available, so I had no choice but to stay. The bed was just as bad—it sagged badly in the middle, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. I……

“The property could use some maintenance. Our tub did not drain well, and we had to have it unclogged twice during our week-long stay. The fitness room was useful but warm inside. We did not use the outdoor pool; it's pretty small. The laundry machines worked well, and the staff provided some detergent. The breakfast was okay, but the same each day (included waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, etc.); some healthier options for oatmeal would have been nice. The staff was very friendly……
