“Our family of five had a wonderful stay at this condo with *beautiful* mountain views! It was clean, comfortable, and looked exactly like the pictures. There was plenty of space for all of us, and everything was just as described/pictured. A perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway! “We enjoyed our stay, we got to see 2 bears in the parking lot and neighbors were friendly. We liked that we were close to downtown but far enough to feel the woodsy feel of the mountains. The house was clean the beds were comfy, the only thing we would’ve liked extra blankets. The pictures match exactly what the house looked like so we were pleased to find it exactly like it should. “The condo was beautiful and exactly as described. The host was great and was easy to communicate with and gave great recommendations for activities. “This is a very nicely updated unit in a well-maintained building. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and the living room furniture is very nice and comfortable to sit on. Both bedrooms are beautifully decorated with comfortable bedding. The walk in shower in the master is a nice touch in this unit. Many places advertise as being “walkable” to downtown, but require a very steep truck back up a hill on the return trip. This is NOT one of those places. The walk into town and back to……

“We really enjoyed our stay at Baskins Creek Condos. It was very quiet. The kitchen is very nice and had everything we needed for the few meals we cooked there. Beds were comfortable. Even though this condo isn’t located downtown, the free trolley around Gatlinburg stops right outside. We used the pool and hot tub once. They were nice and clean. I would stay here again if I went back to Gatlinburg.”

“The condo is very nice and comfortable. Nicely stocked and a great location. The price is good also. Easy walk to the main drag where all the shopping and restaurants are. The pool and hot tub was very clean and nice as well. We would love to stay here again should the need arise. We highly recommend it. Also it's very quiet and we didn't hear anyone while we slept or even anyone in the hallways. Super quiet place and we appreciated how clean and lovely it was. ”

"The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area."
