If you're looking for oceanfront property, and you want to be close to all the shops and restaurants on Flagler Avenue, this is it! A designer quality, luxury town home in the perfect location. This is a newer constructed, upscale, beachfront building with only 3 exclusive town homes located near the corner of the town's main street, and the beach.

Each home is 3-stories tall with direct and indirect ocean views. From your front door and across a parking lot is the white sand and waves below, and your front yard is a city park! The city of NSB recently invested $1.6M in a new beachfront park bordering this property with cabanas, a playground, and sand pit volleyball court. After a day on the beach you can still leave your car in the driveway and walk half a block to Flagler Avenue for coffee, dining, shopping, and nightlife.

This rental home has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths with a total of 1 king, 2 queens and 1 bunk that has a full size mattress on the top and a full size mattress on the bottom. It is an open floor plan that will accommodate the entire guest party very comfortably. Off the entry level front door foyer is the first bedroom with its own full bathroom.

On the main level is the second bedroom with another full bath, complete with walk-in glass shower. The main level also has a family room, dining room, and gourmet kitchen with all stainless appliances, custom wood cabinets, and real granite counter tops. These 3 living areas are open and adjoining so it is perfect for social interaction and entertaining. The dining table seats 6-8 and the bar top seats 4, all in the same room. The living room has lots of comfortable seating for watching the over-sized flat screen TV. For you football fans, NFL Sunday ticket is provided. The main level balcony faces south-east with indirect ocean view and a stainless BBQ grill for that inevitable fresh seafood or steak dinner.
On the upper level is an incredible Master Bedroom with plush seating area and flat screen TV. The master windows and master balcony face south-east with indirect ocean views, and beautiful sunrise and sunset views as well. The Master Bath features His & Her vanity sinks, over-sized spa tub, and walk-in glass shower. On the upper level is also a walk-in laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, and a 4th bedroom facing south with its own private balcony that has incredible ocean views. This 4th bedroom has a bunk bed that features a full mattress on the bottom and a full mattress on the top.

Absolutely Amazing

This Townhouse was absolutely perfect!! More than enough room for 8 adults and 1 child. Perfect location for the beach, all the beautiful shops and delicious restaurants. I would totally recommend anyone to stay here and will absolutely be back if in Daytona again!!

Right by the beach

The location was fabulous! We walked to the beach every day! It was also only one block from famous Flagler avenue so it was easy to walk to get ice cream or shop. We were very grateful that the house had great A/C! The house was very clean!

Place was in a great location near beach and Flagler ave. The unit does have a lot of stairs but plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Place is fairly clean and appliances are new. Overall it worked for us and we would go back

New Smyrna Beach

The property is lovely and conveniently located right off Flagler Avenue within walking to restaurants and shopping. Bike, surf board and boat rentals also nearby if you need more to do than beach it. Just know this is a 3 story property and stairs will be part of your daily routine. Townhouse is comfy and beach chic. We were very happy and our host very accommodating and easy to work with.

Another Amazing Stay

This is our second stay at this property and it never fails to exceed our expectations. I almost hate to say this because we would love to keep this our secret. But to be fair we can’t. We have never had to contact the property manager but if we did I know Natasja would have been there to help. Amazing property. Great location. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great spot on New Smyrna Beach. Townehome was just perfect. Plenty of room and bedrooms for all. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Living area space large enough to all hang out. Needs attention!

The house is very close to the beach. Very dirty and worn, needs some TLC and would be a gem. One beach chair only for a house this large, broken toaster oven and no remotes worked.

Family Beach Weekend

We are a long time Myrtle Beach timeshare family, but decided to try something new this year. We loved it so much we are already booking it again for next year. We are big fans of NSB and finding a place next to the beach as well as Flagler is a must. This place checked off all the boxes. We even had some family stay at the near by hotel and it was so close.

Family Wedding and Thanksgiving

4 bedrooms and 4 baths on the beach and walking distance to all the shops food joints the locals love was perfect. Steps to the beach we caught multiple Sun Rises and a SpaceX launch. Great communication with property folks. Easy in and out. Highly recommend. Thanks for a great week.

Last minute getaway

We were supposed to stay at Anna Marie island but the hurricane changed that so I found this place last minute and we all loved it. Very close to the beach and walking distance to everything. We had a great time and we loved or stay.

Second Visit as good as the First

We stayed in this same unit five years ago and loved the split level accommodations and proximity and walkability to everything so of all the other options in town, we decided to come back and are so glad we did!! So many restaurants and shops nearby but far enough that noise was never an issue. Everyone has their own space. Myself and the younger children upstairs, grandparents on the middle floor and the older teens downstairs. The unit has all the necessities for cooking and dining as well as all your beach needs. (Boogie boards, chairs and plenty of towels). If/when there is another trip in our future, we won’t even look anywhere else, we know where we’ll stay!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent property very near both the beach and Flagler Ave

Our group of eight adults shared this property for a week. The location could not have been any better for what we were looking for, as it was very near both the beach and Flagler Avenue. The property was well equipped with kitchenware if you wanted to stay in, but it was also within easy walking distance to numerous restaurants. When we booked the property it was listed as having just 3 bathrooms, but we were pleasantly surprised to find there were actually 4 bathrooms, so none of the couples in our group had to share a bathroom or shower. We would definitely stay here again.

Another Amazing Adventure

This is our fourth time staying at this beautiful property and I’m so happy to say it did not disappoint! From beginning to end our stay was perfect in every way.
