“Everything functioned as it should. Great stay”

“Absolutely disgraceful property! The elevator is broken and has been for 3 months per the front desk staff! However they did not tell me until after I checked in and was asking how to get to the room. Unfortunately we had my wife’s 70+ yr old grandmother who had one knee replaced less than 2 months ago and the other less than 8 months ago. They wouldn’t move us from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor. I had to drive her back home almost 2 hours last night and my wife’s aunt stayed to help us with……

“We only stayed one night but the customer service was excellent. The room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. We didn't get breakfast cause we slept in. So I can't comment on it. But everything else was good. ”

“Very clean room. Heated indoor pool. Awesome breakfast. Clean laundry room. Walking distance of food. ”

“Great room, really clean a little smaller for a suite size. Bathroom was clean and same for shower, good size TV, and king size bed. Only bad thing was the matress seemed pretty old and I could feel the springs and woke up with some back aches. WIfi was great for the my wife doing her school assignments and classes from the room.”

“My a/c kept turning itself off and didn’t work half the time I stayed there. No elevator, there was black mold in my room above the a/c. Looks like they keep trying to paint over it. My sheets and pillows never got changed. I had Someone’s hair and nasty head sweat and dirt all over my pillows ”

“I booked a room, but the front desk was very rude and I had to wait 30 minutes before I could check in.”

“Everything was very good. We stayed 2 nights. Only complaint we had was plug in bathroom didn’t work and wall outlets in rest of room didn’t hold any connection tight to stay plugged. Any movement would unplug the blow dryer and iron. It was hard enough already having to blow dry your hair outside of the bathroom.”

“Nothing that is advertised is correct from the ceiling to floor is dirt. Behind the beds ect. Manger racest against anyone light skinned. Very disrespectful. ”
