2 Bedroom 1 Bath Brand New Renovated Beach Home located on 42nd st. Located One block from the beach and only steps away from Channel Park on the Bay, this is the perfect location to enjoy your time away from home!

Located on the lower level, our home includes 2 Car Garage Parking, Smart TV, WiFi, a Fully Equipped Kitchen, Washer & Dryer, Bed Linens, Beach & Bath Towels, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs, Umbrella, etc.

Our home is brand new from top to bottom with a remodel completed in March 2023! From our appliances to our furniture to the linens, dish ware and more this home is without a doubt one of the nicest and certainly cleanest rentals you will come across in the city of Newport Beach.

Each of our bedrooms includes 1 comfortable queen-sized bed with a shared hallway bathroom equipped with a double vanity sink.

HOME LOCATION

Located on 42nd St between the Bay and the Beach you never need to walk more than one minute to put your toes in the sand! From the Volleyball courts on the beach, the bike path on the sand, or the Kayak/Paddle board Launch on the bay you are never far from the excitement Newport Beach has to offer.

From this location, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the Newport Peninsula, Balboa Island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike ride in one direction) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddle-board Lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far!

Although you may be looking for a quiet getaway, the action is never more than a Walk/Bike Ride away. (2-15 Minutes by Bike) 20+ Restaurants, Bars, Coffee Shops, Surfboard/Bike rental shops, Grocery Store, Duffy Boat Rentals, Newport Pier etc. (15-30 Minutes by Bike) Balboa Pier, Balboa Fun Zone, Balboa Island, Boat Docks (The Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures) Huntington Beach Pier/Pacific City, and much more!



IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:

- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.

-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.

- Upon arrival, the guest will be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.

- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent
- City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am.
- No Patio Access after 10 pm
- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
- Noise from surrounding homes, adjacent units, and beachgoers should be expected.
-This property is a DUPLEX. There is a separate rental above on the 2nd floor who you will be asked to share the Laundry Machine, Garage, and city trash cans with.
- This home is on the ground level
- You are provided with (2) Tandem Garage Parking Spots in a (4) Car Garage. Oversized Trucks/SUVs are not recommended. Ask for Garage Measurements if you need them.
- This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
