“Fantastic place! So many extras! The porch views are amazing. It was easy to communicate with the host. This home is in a great location for visiting Dollywood, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. We loved the pool table and hot tub! Everything was super clean and beautifully decorated. Pictures were accurate. Don’t miss out!”

“Fantastic property for groups, families, and friends. The view is outstanding and not translated to pictures as well as it should. No need for Smokey mtn sky park or Anakesta, save your money and just walk onto the porch. Updated bathrooms give it a luxury vibe while still maintaining the spirit of the cabin. The hosts provide exceptional communication and keep it well maintained. Will 100% look to rebook in the future”

“Six night stay starting 6/14/26. Our family of 4 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at High & Dry! Located on a quiet culdesac minutes away from The Island in Pigeon Forge and short drive to Gatlinburg. Steps away from a peaceful paved walk along the river; home to a lot of geese. Our house was very comfortable with everything we needed. The large deck among trees was a great place for morning coffee. Nice, private area. Our first trip to Tennessee was wonderful and we will be returning……

“The house was beautiful, and our family thoroughly enjoyed our time there. However, we encountered difficulties connecting to the Wi-Fi, which led to us using our personal hotspots. Unfortunately, this also meant we were unable to utilize the theater room as it required a Wi-Fi connection. While we were provided with instructions to try and resolve the Wi-Fi issues, we felt our visit was not intended for troubleshooting such problems. Additionally, we noticed that the decks were in need of power……
