“While the property was clean, it looked a little outdated but, to us, all the HIG properties look the same. Other than that our room was very nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of places to eat in the area and DoorDash was available. Avoid the Golden Corral just down the street from the hotel. It is awful! It’s dirty and expensive with a minimally attentive staff.”

“Our room was clean on the surface but we turned the lights off before we turned the sheets down. When I woke the next morning the sheets had not been changed. they had a large stain where someone had urinated. I was extremely upset. We took a picture and I went to the desk and showed it. They were apologetic and sent someone to change both beds. We come to Charleston, WV several times a year to visit our grandchild. The location of your hotel is great for us but we will probably not stay there……
