There was a problem with city drains so the parking lot was flooded a couple nights, which caused a lot of dirt to be tracked into the unit, but this wasn't a problem with the rental. Location was close to everything we needed.”

“Hotel very easy to communicate with. Answered all messages promptly. Airport shuttle driver was an awesome older gentleman that we enjoyed speaking with. We arrived after 10pm and we were tired. My husband left his walking stick/cane behind on bench at the airport pickup spot. The driver brought it back to hotel for him. Service above and beyond! Front desk was friendly and efficient.
