“Hotel is 2 star. No lobby to sit.”

“The front desk stalk was great. Cheerful and friendly. It’s a such a drawback when we first arrived in a hotel to check in and the staff is indifferent. We loved the manager welcome drinks and buffet dinner. That was amazing. We will definitely go back to this place. Room super clean. Beds so comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great too and great location”

“Electricity went out around 7am. No notifications of what to do or when it would be back on. No breakfast. No shower (no lights in the bathroom). When I went downstairs to leave the staff just said it was out of their hands.”

“We stayed here for 3 nights over Labor Day weekend. All of the staff were very nice. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Matador Coffee is right next door.”

“Everything else was fine. However, the static electricity from the quilt was so severe that it was almost impossible to sleep through the night. We are not sure whether this was caused by the material or another issue. The next morning, I asked friends who stayed in other rooms, and they reported the same problem. Almost all of us had difficulty sleeping, largely due to the static electricity from the bedding.”

“Our toilet was clogged once we entered our room. Additionally, the shower had a tricky mechanism to get it working and overall the bathroom wasn't clean. We requested to switch rooms but were declined.”
