"Really great hotel location. The staff is amazing, especially Iris at the front desk. Good in the dining rooms was great and I enjoyed the ability to work out in a safe and clean gym. I will be coming back and bringing my fiancé next time."

"Este hospedaje fue un 10/10. Las instalaciones estaban súper limpias y todo se veía renovado y en excelente estado. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Nos sorprendió todo lo que incluye: el cuarto cuenta con lavadora y secadora, una mini cocina, refrigerador y todo lo necesario, prácticamente como un pequeño apartamento. Honestamente no lo esperábamos y fue un plus increíble. Disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estadía y definitivamente regresaremos cuando volvamos a visitar Austin, Texas. ¡Totalmente recomendado!"

"This hotel was beautiful, unique, clean, cozy and the views were incredible. I also loved the digital system for the valet bc I could tip each valet at the end of my stay and summon the car from my phone in the comfort of my room. The staff was so friendly and helpful and accommodating! I also loved the digital check out process."

"There's a few things you have to be careful about not getting charged for, like some of the provided items in the hotel room (mostly food items) and you have to request a fridge but they brought us one really quickly. The front desk staff, specifically a lady named Sarah was very lovely. I would come back here in the future purely just based off of how kind and helpful she was to my wife and I the whole trip. The location is great, and the parking situation is pretty good. Only other thing I'd note, the elevator moves pretty fast and with there being almost 40 floors, it gave my wife a little bit of motion sickness. Overall, 9.5/10 :)"

"Staff would not let me take a dolly to get my bags. Shower water leaked in the the bathroom anytime it was on. "
