“Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood near a park for kids and animals to play. Close to shopping and some special events. I rented to be close to the Dr.s office for my appointment. Host is very friendly and responsive and truly made us feel at home.”

“1) Cleanliness was substandard — Owner sent cleaning team out to fix promptly.2) Carbon Monoxide detector had no battery — Owner doordashed new detector promptly.3) Listing had Air Conditioning — it was a Swamp Cooler; had we known that, we would not have booked.4) A Roach/blunt was found in the home that smelled exactly like marijuana — with a family of 4 young children, this was unacceptable due to the potential of them possibly finding more — left the home and owner will not reimburse, still……
