“The receptionist has poor customer service skills. I booked and paid two months in advance, yet when I arrived at the hotel, neither my room nor my reservation was ready. The manager simply said they had resold the rooms and told me to just accept the one being offered. Very poor customer service.”

“No hot water had to switch rooms floor was disgusting weight room was a crisp 85 degrees so dont go in there unless your looking to dehydrate. Breakfast was a joke, parking lot had glass In it. The only positive thing I can say is I've stayed in places with worse beds I slept pretty well”

“We had a king bed with a pull out sofa. The pull out sofa was broken and once we were able to get it out the mattress was stained with what looked like blood. Super super nasty. They don't do room service unless you are there for longer than 2 nights so we did not have clean towels the second morning. We had to go find towels and they only gave us 3 to start with. Towel quality was pretty sad as well. Thin very used towels.”

“Clean, very comfortable. No ice machines on the floor, but the staff had bags of ice for guests in the lobby fridge. We were there participating in the Ironman race and the staff was very helpful with food to go for a very early race start.”
