“The bathroom toilet leaked, bathroom walls were visibly stained, no iron board, iron was in the room but leaked water and didn’t properly work. “Check in went smoothly but as soon as we got to our room, our key cards did not work. The hotel clerk then moved us rooms which was fine except we booked a double and we were moved into a single instead. We thought we would make it work since it was only for one night.
