“Well located for Shuttle, easy to find, good on site parking. Excellent, helpful reception. Room excellent for this price point - good amenities and comfortable. Huge bed! Breakfast included - cold buffet available from 0400 which is great for early starts, hot from 0600. Will use again.”

We loved the Innovative and quirky decor throughout. Bed was so comfy and the complimentary port for a night cap,loved it. So nice that there was no TV. In the bedroom too. Complimentary breakfast delicious and plenty food, hot and cold drinks to start your day. Definitely would really recommend staying here.……

As usual, lovely view over folkestone harbour , with white cliff of dover in the background. Good music event on 1 of the 2 nights. ”

“The hotel has recently been refurbished but still has the ‘old’ side which you can select the room for stay if you are interested in this historic experience. Those rooms will be available for cheaper prices as well. I chose to stay at the ‘newer’ side for my accommodation this time as they are usually more comfortable for a good night sleep. I was correct and the room looks amazing and spacious too! What a wonderful refurbishment with great designs. Staff were also very helpful and friendly……

“Bad wifi and limited facilities. No fridge in the room, gym or anything really other than a square room with dodgy aircon. I would give it a 3 star but the staff were so friendly and helpful that it deserves a 5.”
