It was a good stay. Only recommendation would be to add new curtains in master bedroom that provide more privacy.

Beautiful location

We have rented this property before and this is a beautiful location. Very family friendly but also good for a group of adults. Everything is located close to the room. Renter communicates very well. She is always quick to text and work though any problems. I would def stay here again

A little slice of heaven

Fall break

The condo was nice and had plenty of space for our family of 5. We enjoyed the location to the beach, the tiki bar and bikini bobs were also great bonuses. We got ice cream and drinks at bikini bobs and also went down to the store by the pool for coffee in the mornings. Overall the stay was very enjoyable and I would definitely stay here again.

Great room!

The condo was great! It was just the right size for me family of 3 for the week. The kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer, and beds were good as well. The beach access was right off of the condos 1st floor. The elevators in the complex are frustrating, but that isn’t anything the owners can help. I will definitely being renting again though.

Beach Family Vacation

Definitely Not 2 bedroom as advertised. Did have Murphy bed in living room which was nice. Unit does need some minor repairs. One issue was reported to owner, she responded quickly but wasn’t repaired until our 5th day. Great location, beautiful beach. Pool closed early, around dusk, not good for those who wish to avoid the sun and swim in the evening. Only 2 elevators working so elevators were quite crowded so wait could be a little long at times. We did not let these small issues impact our trip. A great time was had by all. PCB is one of our favorite places…..

It worked

The room was nice. The master bed was terrible for comfort, and had major dips in it. The communication with the owner was very good and quickly responded. The building was awful. The elevators were constantly broken causing mass overflow of people waiting. This happened two years ago too, and I hear it never changes. The pools and hot tubs said they closed at 11PM, but closed at 8PM every night. The tiki bar was a plus to the pool area.

Beach Trip

Had a great stay at your property. The breaker was tripped for the front lights when we got there at midnight on Friday night, however, after a short search, we were able to find the breaker panel and flip it on. All amenities worked great, the accommodations were clean and organized, and thank goodness for the storage closet with left behinds from previous customers. (Shampoo, coffee). Would love to stay in this property again. Property managers were great with any questions leading up to the trip.

Great Condo

We had a really great time in this unit. A good amount of room for our family. Lots of sleeping arrangement choices. Always love having a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Check in was super easy. Our only complaint is the elevator wait, which seems to be a reoccurring theme at this resort. It's not the condo owners fault, but it does kinda stink up your stay waiting on the elevators to come. Hopefully the property will get this fixed before our next trip. Would love to stay here again.

Wonderful property

The property is a wonderful get away. There were minor cosmetic issues in the unit but nothing that will effect the stay. The balcony door lock did not work so be mindful if you have children. The air did not seem to cool the entire unit and left it a little humid. The unit did have a dehumidifier that helped but it had to be emptied a couple times a day. Lastly, the Summit staff that worked at the registration desk were a little rude and when asked questions they were quick to advise that they did not know anything about the units so don’t waste time asking them for help with anything. The property owner was very helpful and informative. I would stay at this unit again though, overall a very relaxing getaway

Unit is just as listed, very clean, and updated. My daughters and I went down Nov. 2023. My younger daughter is recovering from surgery and uses a wheel chair so we were looking forward to afternoon swimming and hot tub use. Unfortunately the Summit advertises the pools/ hot tubs are open until 11:00 p.m., (sign in elevators say the same) and that was not the case while we were there. The security guard closed the pools and outdoor hot tubs everyday around 4:45 p.m.. The weather was fairly warm and afternoon swimming was our plan to be able to do her water therapy and not interfere with any kids playing at peak times. The security guard also closed the gate to the beach around 6:30??? The indoor hot tub was locked up and looks to have been out of order for a long time. This unit is very clean and well kept. We especially liked the fact that it has not been smoked in. We enjoyed the unit and would like to come back in the future. I would recommend if afternoon swimming is a preference, learn from me, call ahead and make sure of any odd closings. With the pools /hot tub closing so early it left us without many options except sitting on the balcony since getting out is hard for her at this time. Again this unit is very clean and well taken care of.

Our first day arriving to the condo my 2 year old daughter was injured within only 3 hours of being in the room on a piece of metal sticking out of the couch. We had to take my daughter to the emergency room as she had a laceration on her stomach from the couch. I contacted the property manager and requested to speak with the property owners and was told they would contact me and that never happened. Now the property manager has my number blocked so I can not contact her. She has been very unprofessional and has not been concerned about my daughter. The couch was still in our room and was never fixed or replaced. Our trip was very hard as my daughter could not get in the pools or ocean due to an open wound. We are highly unsatisfied with the way this has been handled and the lack of concern. I’m not even convinced the actual owners were notified about the incident by the property manager. We are now looking to take legal actions. I highly do not recommend. God forbid someone else gets injured in this room because the owners and the property manager DO NOT CARE. The actual owners either A. Don’t care because they never even called to check on my daughter or B. We’re never notified. Either way very unprofessional. Not to mention the mirror in the bedroom is in the floor, the mirror in the bathroom isn’t hanging either and is just sitting on the counter and is sideways. Anytime a door opens the pictures on the walls shake like they are going to fall off the wall.

Nice place to stay

We stayed 4 days and wished we could've stayed longer. Very clean. We ate in most times the kitchen had everything you need. The only thing we wished we had there or brought from home was a crockbpot. We will be back.
