"from the moment that we arrived at the resort, it was beautiful. Everything was perfect. We did go in high rain season and to be honest the rains didn't even affect us beautiful comfortable room. We traveled with our 11-year-old daughter and had so much fun she wanted to keep the robe that they left in the room. That's how much she loved it. you will not be disappointed in this location or resort."

"3 hours from the airport but we had an amazing time! Hot springs were so relaxing, breakfast buffet was heavenly and the view of the volcano from our room was picture perfect! "

"This is the 2nd time I say there andI love this place. Staff is friendly and helpful. Included breakfast is amazing and the thermal pool area is like an oasis. Definitely recommend to stay here you’ll love it. Oh and the view of the volcano is beautiful!"

"Husband and I had a pleasant stay at chachagua. We arrived late at night and was greeted at the front desk with hand towels and fruit juice. Checking in was smooth and we were escorted to our bungalow (make sure to have a high car as you will drive through a low river). Bungalow was private and very clean. The room was cleaned daily and there was eco friendly hair products and toiletries. Room has a mini fridge, coffee maker and fresh water daily. Continental breakfast was amazing - at a restaurant on premises. Great selection! The springs were great- wasn’t a lot of people and we were able to enjoy it solo. The resort was beautiful and tranquil. You can hear the animals throughout the day esp the monkeys in the morning. We didnt get to see the monkey but we did see a sloth up in the tree- thanks to Ruben (who btw gave a great coffee/ chocolate tour). Big thank you to all the staff members- from the gentleman who greets you when entering, front desk staff, house keeping, and restaurant waiters/waitresses. All very pleasant and super helpful when we had any questions or concerns. Pura Vida. :) "
