“Nice and clean. Easy to check in.. 2 blocks from the beach and plenty of shops and authentic food in walking distance... We didn't need a rental car because this place is so close to the premier places to be in South Beach. This place has a Pennsylvania Ave address but it's literally a step from Washington. I plan to stay here again if I got to Miami Beach!!”

“Our family of 4 had a great stay! Clean and located in an area with lots of conveniences nearby. Check in/out went smoothly and the owner was quick to respond when contacted. Some things to be aware of are large upfront cost for the damage deposit, the kitchen was not well equipped beyond the basics (only had a single frying pan, no other pots and no cooking utensils - but it’s ok if you don’t plan to do any cooking), and only a singe fob was provided. So for 4 people this made it difficult to……

“Would 100% recommend this stay! It’s very clean, has fully stocked items that you would need and easy to get to. I really liked that it had a private COVERED parking spot. The check-in process was seamless and VERY easy. Gabriela was very communicative and responsive. I also enjoyed the surrounding location as it was walkable to many locations. Having two bathrooms was HUGE so we could all get ready at the same time.I really think all the amenities were very well thought out so we didn’t need……
