“My coworkers and I rented this for a trip to New Jersey and New York.The house is older, but well cared for. It is quite spacious, especially for the area.There are 2 flights of stairs, not just one as indicated by "Second floor" in the listing. We were carrying television gear and navigating the 2 flights of stairs was more than I would have liked or agreed to by booking.The "always available" parking is deceptive. You are not allowed to park on the street in front of the house, but on the……

“Good location, easy access to the train. Beautiful terrace with a great view of Manhattan, and great communication with the owner. I highly recommend!!”

“This place is amazing. We loved the neighborhood, comfy beds, and open living room/kitchen. Trains were not noisy, and rooftop was sweet (though we did have a rainy week, so couldn't use it a lot). 40 min drive or 60mins transit into Midtown, or a bit less to WTC area. Hosts are awesome, generous, and very responsive. ”

“Everything about our stay was beyond perfect! The house is gorgeous and the rooftop patio was perfect for coffee in the morning and wind in the evening. Lots of restaurants and parks nearby and it was super easy to use public transportation from there. We will for sure stay again on future trips! ”

“The location is amazing everything is literally a stones throw away, for being a garden level apartment the ceilings are high. All the appliances are up to date.
