"We had a great time at this house. First off the walking trails right behind the house are easy hikes and at the top has great views all around the valley. The sunsets from there are amazing. Our purpose on this trip was watching our daughter play in a soccer tournament. The house was perfect for the three families that shared it. Plenty of space and a great backyard pool area. Everyone hopes to return for the next tournament they have in Phoenix. Hot tub was great on a cool evening."

They are very helpful. Love the large living room! Lots of space for the guest we had stop by for a BBQ. The artwork was great too!"

"The casita was excellent and located in a beautiful, safe, quite residential section near downtown Phoenix. The host was available to greet us and review the features of the property. Dining options were available within a short walk or driving distance. We only stayed one night but I would stay here again for an extended period and recommend this property to anyone who wished to stay in this area. "

"Could it speak highly enough of the property, location, check-in process, price point, host communication, and comfort ability of the stay. A group of 12 friends were visiting from out of town trying to enjoy downtown Scottsdale and we could not have picked a better location. Parsons Villa gave clear instructions for check-in / check-out and parking. The interior is very big and has plenty of beds to accommodate a large group.
