“The staff was some of the best I have ever experienced, all of them, especially Gloria and Sara at the front desk, but they were all incredibly great. Cleaning staff was really good, accommodating and thorough. I loved the coolers by the front door full of water, wine, beer, coke, etc and you just grabbed what you wanted and could charge it to the room. Super convenient and not over priced. I hated the hair dryer that you had to hold the button, the signs everywhere demanding you to turning off……

“The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I arrived early and they were able to let me into my room ahead of time. The room was perfect, clean and very quiet! Location was great, as it’s only 5 mins from the train but easy to walk to all major sites. ”

“This is a characterful property set overlooking lovely views of the river Sile and apart from occasional traffic noise is very peaceful. We found the staff very welcoming. Although registration is not until after 15.00 we were able to leave our bags in Reception when we arrived earlier so we could explore the town and find somewhere for lunch. The entrance is by a buzzer on a door at the side of the building just beyond the cafè and once you are buzzed inside the accommodation is on the third……

“Everyone was real nice. We struggled with transportation, but our front desk called taxis for us for 30 minutes before finally finding one. No one was accepting my uber ride. This might have been a random occurrence because it was Sunday and the country was on holidays. We left before breakfast due to our flight time. They prepared take away snacks for us. Very thoughtful. The free bikes were great also.”
