“Friendly staff, clean hotel breakfast could've been better but was okay.”

“I was thrilled to have a walk in shower. Our main concerns were the mattress could be softer, the toilet should be taller + the level of noise with a toilet flush does not allow people to sleep through it - it is way too loud. We did feel the condition went downhill a bit from the previous year. Otherwise it met our needs. The staff was great this year!”

“Upon arrival, there was no staff present, nor did I see any staff the entire stay. A virtual agent appeared on a kiosk after about 15 of waiting. The room was filthy. Dirty sheets, smears of white stuff on the mirror and the bathroom was the worst. “Continental Breakfast “ was toast and dry cereal. 0/10 recommend ”

“Nobody on staff late night, had to ring bell. Smell of Thau food constantly, not much of a breakfast. No spoons, knives, forks, three cups, no coffee throughout the day, and no napkins. ”

“Shops and pool were not of our interest”

“Staff greeted us well and were friendly toward pets. Easy check-in, and quiet atmosphere. Room was clean. Breakfast bar was nothing to boast about. Few guests made it difficult to be prepared for those who did want a hot breakfast. Perhaps management could consider offering a pre-order card to guests when volume is so low in order to prepare what is appropriate.”
