“Loved the morning breakfast. Was amazing”

“Myself and 2 other family members had 3-rooms. 1 on each floor 1-2-3. All of our doors to get into room would stick. You would have to put full body force to open and then slam the door closed. Also-maybe no fault of the hotel but there were police presence due to a fight involving hotel patrons…ATF officers knocking on doors. What appeared to be a party going on outside by my aunts room..for quite a few hours. Not fun.”

“The staff was wonderful. Very easy to communicate with. The room was cozy and clean. When we needed more towels, we asked and received same day.”

“There was no clock in the room. Bath towels were very thin and sized more for children.”

“We arrived late. Front desk was efficient but not very friendly. Almost missed breakfast as we didn’t know it ended at 9. Bed was firm. Very clean.”

“Had me change rooms in the middle of my stay even though i told them i didn’t want to change rooms. Management was very rude to me. Management threatened to call the police on me and kick me out if i didn’t change my room at 12am after i got back from a 10hour shift. So i had to change my room in the middle of the night bc they said they didn’t have anything clean earlier in the morning.”

“Air conditioning was great. The shower was hot but needs updated and throughly cleaned. No ice machine. If it was updated it would be worth the price”

“the front desk was so friendly and helpful- forgot toothbrush and they were able to provide one and toothpaste as well- they greeted us every time we entered the lobby- asked what we needed and the food was good as well in the breakfast area. coffee was plentiful and hot.”

“The room was very nice. Great location. 2 of the 4 ice machines were broken. Breakfast buffet was subpar. It had the feeling of a very nice hotel that was in decline.”

“The room was not ready on time, even though we arrived early. They said they would get to cleaning it right away, and still it was not ready on time. The floors were still wet when we walked in. Staff were smoking near the entrance regularly with the doors wide open.”

“Our check in took over an hour. I had texted ahead of time to ask for rooms near to each other with no response. So when we got there it took about an hour to switch rooms then they wanted to charge me more which I explained I didn’t ask for a larger room. Our pillows Smelled so bad that I couldn’t sleep on them. The floor in our one room was so dirty that the bottom of our grandkids feet were black. In the Morning we couldnt find one clean table to sit at for breakfast. Staff was friendly……
