"It was a nice quiet area. We loved to sit outside & watch the birds while having coffee in the morning. We also enjoyed use of the parking pass and the beach chairs. The bed was super comfortable! I loved all of natural light, but happy I brought a sleep mask or I would have had a difficult time with the big beautiful window in the bedroom. It would be helpful to have a couple solar lights on the stairs. We didn't want to leave the outside light on all day. If you like a quiet beach go check out Pea Island area. So much to explore and see in OBX!"

"Chris is an amazing host! Communication was easy, fast, and clear. The community is very nice with easy access to the community dock. It was a pleasant surprise to be able to walk down and fish as well as enjoy the sunset views over the water with a cocktail each night. Other residents are extremely friendly and welcoming. The pool and hot tub were well-maintained and inviting for all. The beach was great, not too crowded, and we appreciated the parking passes. Overall, a very nice stay!"

We had four families, six adults and two children, and everyone was comfortable. The location was perfectly located, convenient, quiet and safe. The host was professional with clear instructions, easy check in and check out, also patient and quick to reply. Overall a wonderful experience!!"
