“The first room that I paid for through Expedia and checked in was super hot they did not turn on the AC before we arrived so it was like 90°. We had three twin beds and one small AC. It was not acceptable so we asked if we can be moved. They moved us into a cottage which ended up costing 90 extra dollars for the night, but it had three small ACs And definitely was worth the upgrade for a better night sleep it was extremely hot and humid we was not able to get any of the amenities. “The property is so beautiful. I loved our stay. We stayed with 2 kids and it felt like home for us. Loved how accessible it is to beach. Not just beach but also to ala wai walking trail. With free parking this is a jackpot. So wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.”

“We are a family of 5 and the space was perfect for us. This is a quite complex for the most part, turtles come up right in front of the complex. There is no beach right I front but less than a 5 min walk you’re at the beach (not crowded at all) where you can snorkel and swim. No AC in the room was not an issue at all, with all the windows open, you get a nice breeze to keep you cool at night. We will be staying here again.”

"I booked this room specifically for the sea view, but it was barely visible through a tiny window that doesn’t even open. However, the biggest issue was the cleanliness. The bed sheets and covers were dusty and there's visible stains. When I called the front desk to request a change, the staff member was incredibly dismissive. They pointed at a coffee stain and told me it was 'too small' to worry about, even claiming they couldn't guarantee that other sheets would be any cleaner. While we eventually got clean linens, the unprofessional attitude and lack of basic hygiene standards made for a very unpleasant stay. Would not recommend. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually cares about cleanliness."
