“We had a wonderful stay at “Cozy for two”! The rental was fully stocked, super clean, and the location was fabulous! We also had so much fun riding the bikes that were provided! The hosts also left us a sweet card and gift! Such a special touch! Truly a gem along 30A! ”

“My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary! Close drive to the beach and restaurants. Far enough away from Pier Park so you don’t have to fight traffic. We found a spot at the beach where most days there were only a handful of people (less than a mile from cottage). We had no problems with check in and it was a very quiet area. We would definitely visit again!!! ”

“I have been staying at numerous properties on the 30 A gulf for over 30 years and lazy magnolia exceeds any expectations I have had over the years. It deserves the 10/10 rating it has. Perfect location, perfect accommodations and highly responsive owners. We will stay book and stay again. Outstanding in every way. ”

“Everything about this place is awesome! About a 5 minute or less walk from doorstep to the beach. We loved the quiet beach community. The house was very clean and it is well kept. We also loved how shady the lot is. It is a very relaxing atmosphere. This place is one of the few places we found that allowed our great dane. “My husband and I had a wonderful stay at ‘Always’ carriage house for my husband’s birthday and the long holiday weekend. The space is compact but ideal for two people looking for a bit more space and amenities than a hotel has. The proximity to the beach (walkover A-West) and Coquina pool was ideal. The space itself had everything we needed and was well appointed. The decor was lovely and very comfortable. I enjoyed having the two balconies. I agree with one of the other reviews that a luggage……
