“Great location! Great check-in via phone...we were walked through to our key pick-up and room! Room is basic for 2 people with on-suite bathroom (not all tooms have this but do have private hall baths.) Cute newly done bathroom, and continental breakfast included. Located less than 5 minute walk to one of Lucca's portas. Very convenient! And host is very friendly!!!! ”

Although there is no staff (except when e we checked in), they were always responsive via WhatsApp. Access to “the Wall” is right in front of the hotel. It’s beautiful to walk, run or bike there.”

There was a slight issue with our room, not only were they considerate, they upgraded our room and sent a gift to our room complimentary once hearing about our wedding.
