Good trip

Expect front desk to be unhelpful for over half of your stay about trying to switch out of a room because you have asthma and don’t tolerate the cigarette smoke from the hallways. Also check your shampoo and body wash before it being too late at night, and no one is responding to your ask for refill for a late shower.

We stay here every year it gets worse and worse every time. We will be trying the other hotels next year. Cleaning staff is friendly and helpful. Check in staff was friendly. Check out staff was rude and unhelpful. People hanging out and loudly partying in hallways all night long. We left early due to "guests" banging on doors and walls, jiggling our door handles often, casino was absolutely terrible and felt unsafe at times.
