“The Icona is a lovely boutique hotel. Perfect for a Spring getaway. If the weather is warm, it's wonderful to take the short walk across the street to the beach. Parking is located in a garage under the hotel with an elevator directly to registration and rooms. Very convenient property. ”

“Room was clean, comfortable and they made up the room and supplied new clean towels daily. Breakfast supplied had bagels, doughnuts, and cereal and coffee. Gentlemen at check in friendly, polite and very helpful. Only downside was no elevator and I was on the 3rd floor, so I didn't ”

“Beautiful place to stay. I will be staying at the Lokal again. Short walk to beach, stores, restaurants....perfect location. If we needed anything, just a text away. Place was clean and I especially loved the heated pool. Nice balcony with table and chairs. Washer and dryer was a plus. We stayed with 5 people and having two bathrooms was a dream come true:) Thank you for a nice time away. ”

“The hotel is really old, which probably explains the poor soundproofing. The bedding was also super uncomfortable, so I didn’t sleep well at all. Worse, I woke up with red rashes all over my body. Compared to other hotels nearby, this place is just not worth the price. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it. ”
