“We loved how quiet the neighborhood was, it made for great sleep in the comfy bed! The location was a quick lyft/uber ride away but it was a nice walk to the Breakfast B**#% in 15mins. for a delicious Breakfast Kevin sent a list of local places to check out! “The property was clean and extremely well stocked. Location was perfect. My visit was health related so i cant say anything about fun places in the area but coffee shops and restaurants were abundant. ”

“We chose this location because we were attending an event at the Phoenix Convention Center. The location is super close. The community was clean and very quiet. We used the weight room and hung out at the pool area. The pool was NOT heated which was disappointing, but not the owners fault. However, it would have been nice to know as we chose this studio over others for its pool. The vicinity of the condo was a bit sketchy but we knew we were staying in downtown so didn't expect much.
