“We had an amazing trip and location was perfect. Just a 10-minute walk to Chase Field. House was great, beds were comfortbale and even had futon/blow-up mattress. Appreciated everything the owners did to make guests feel welcomed!”

It was maybe not the best neighborhood but it was a quiet street off the main part of the city with families and an elementary school, safe and pleasant, kids playing outside, families. Everyone minding their own business. I stayed at least 2 weeks Lovely without issues. ”

“We needed a place with privacy for each traveler for a company retreat, and this property offered that. Those who stayed said the property was older and had some cracks due to settling. There are ledges and steps that would make it difficult for those with mobility issues. Other than that, the place was a dream! Nice neighborhood, back patio had shade structures and string lights with grill and charcoal available. Many birds called this place home. They offered emergency soup in case you needed……

“Beds were comfy. Wish we could have figured out how to turn off air system. It was SO loud. Noise cancelling ear plugs saved the day. Otherwise very quiet neighborhood.Would have appreciated knowing if water from sinks was drinkable.loved being so close to both the airport for our late arrival to the property and also so close to downtown Phoenix.we were there for spring training games so didn’t hang out a lot at the house.
