“The room and rest of the hotel were clean; the staff was very courteous. The only issue was that we didn't get the room I booked. I had booked a king accessible and we were given a double queen non-accessible. I also did not know the hotel doesn't have an elevator. Since we were given a non-accessible room, we had to go upstairs and my husband has health issues that make stairs difficult, but we made do.”

“Everything was dirty. The lobby, the elevator, the room. There were greasy fingerprints everywhere as if nothing has been wiped down in years. “The room was nice. It's was very cozy and clean. The bed is comfy!!! They provide all the toiletries needed (shampoo, conditioner, soap). The room even has ironing board and iron. The deposit is high $100 and they won't accept CashApp for deposit. They want your bank debit card or a credit card. Takes forever to get deposit refunded.
