“Vi reste 2 vuxna och 2 små barn. De hade bra mat, många aktiviteter till barn, personalen proaktiv och trevlig. Rummet var fint och rent. Det endast negativ var ventilationen i rummet som fungerade ibland och AC var likaså. Som tur vi reste i oktober när vädret är behagligt. ”

“The entire place smelt fresh & clean. Everyone you saw from front desk staff to the laundry team greeted you with a smile & wished you a wonderful day. It was too cold to enjoy the outside amenities but the hot tub spa we did take advantage of…nice & clean but could have been a bit warmer. The food!!…was overwhelmingly amazing. Thank goodness we were riding as much as we did or we would have gained weight!”

“The suites are amazingly spacious and very clean. hotel is really well located we walked to old town alcudia from there, long walk but worth it as the buses passing by were pack solid. Very closed to the beach. Only downside is the size of the interior pool as there was a big storm in the island the pool was super small and very overcrowded.”

“The check in process was smooth and everyone was really friendly. Cannot fault the customer service or the location at all. However, once we saw the one bedroom apartment we realised it wasn't for us. The rooms are far too small for a family of 4. We found other accommodation, a 3 bedroom villa 1 mile away for the same price. ”

“Can hear people through room walls and floors. There was a dog barking every evening outside at 11pm for 2 hours. Fire alarm went off twice in our 5 night stay in the early hours of the morning.”

“Es geht nicht besser. Wir fühlten uns jede Minute des Urlaubs wie im Luxus. Beginnend vom netten Check in, inklusive Begrüßungsdrink. Dann ein Upgrade, das freute uns natürlich doppelt. Die Suite ein Traum. Selten so gut geschlafen im Urlaub. Super sauber und geräumig. Absolute Ruhe in der Nacht. Das Frühstück inklusive a la Carte Menü ein tägliches Highlight. Und weil wir Geburtstag hatten, gab es noch eine Flasche Sekt als Überraschung. Parkplätze in der Umgebung ohne Problem gefunden.……

“Clean basic rooms. Good location for riding a bike. Wifi was weak. Simple and a no fuss stay.”

“Bett hat sich bewegt und Geräusche verursacht, da müsste man nachgesehen werden; das Bad roch muffig und konnte wegen des nur zu kippenden Fensters nicht richtig gelüftet werden, hatte aber auch keinen funktionierenden Abluftventilator, der die Sache sicher verbessern würde; der Dunstabzug in der Küche müsste mal ausgetauscht werden in einen wirklich arbeitenden, denn das kleine Fenster neben der Spüle kann man gar nicht öffnen und so ist es eigentlich nicht möglich, etwas zu kochen; große (!)……

“Dieses Hotel ist einfach eine kleine Sensation. Das Team ist äußerst nett und zuvorkommend und das Frühstück ein Gedicht. Dadurch dass das Hotel mitten in der Altstadt ist, empfehle ich das Auto draußen auf den öffentlichen Parkplätzen stehen zu lassen und erst gar nicht ranfahren um die Koffer direkt vor der Türe abzuladen- die Gassen sind sehr eng. Wir kommen wieder 💕”

“All the hotel staff are lovely, very pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself is in a good central position for shops and restaurants and has a good, secure bike storage facility with limited tools, a bike wash station, a shower, a toilet and drinking water. The room was specious with a seperate bedroom, 2 large single beds pushed together but made up separately, a shower room with hairdryer, dining/kitchenette/living area and a small balcony. Utensils a bit battered and burnt but ample pans ect.……
