“Great place. I stay here two times a year. Always consistent. Always clean.”

“The containers were super clean and the A/C kept it very cool. We loved the outdoor shower and the bathroom was kept very clean. Although we only cooked one breakfast, we found all the equipment we needed including a mini-grill and a coffee pot. Whatever we forgot was something we could buy on an honor system and we got our own shelf in the fridge. The birds were amazing, darts and frisbees were fun to have, loved the access to free snorkel stuff, and we really liked our host! ”

“Nice for what we needed pool close, we didnt rent a car so be advised condo is up a big hill , if going to beach you have to walk a ways, if you have mobility issue you may need a car , Suzi bar was great every one friendly. Michael the host is very responsive.”

“This property was excellent especially for us a family of 4 with teenage kids. The space was great and the location was easy enough to get to. The amenities were excellent, from a fully outfitted kitchen to great beach resources such as chairs, cooler & snorkel equipment. ”

“The Mermaid’s Pearl was a comfortable fit for my son (19) and me. It is located in a quiet complex with a beautiful view from the balcony. The studio is a perfect size for two people and was very clean. We enjoyed the local restaurant (Sudi’s) and the pool just outside the front door, as well as the short walk to the Safire Beach complex (local coffee shop and eateries on the beach). We also walked into Red Hook which took about 20 minutes. Red Hook is small but has plenty of little shops and……

“The place was very nice and clean. It had a very nice view from the roof top and the description of getting up to it was very accurate but the air conditioner that was in the room did not work very well and it was very warm in there. So as long as you don’t mind the room being very warm then you should be fine. even though there was a ceiling fan. Even if the windows would’ve been opened, only some of them had screens, and there was no possible way to have a cross breeze because the other side……

“We loved the property location and view.It was newly updated and decorated cozy.The little kitchen area and bathroom utilized space well and were comfortable for 2 people to maneuver in. We were grateful for a full refrigerator with freezer. We enjoyed being there and coming back to the relaxing balcony at the end of the day.The pool area was neat and clean and nicely quiet during our stay.We also utilized the available BBQ each night.
